Leanne has been the CEO of Starick for ten years. Starick is a specialist women’s FDV service working across the continuum of prevention, early intervention, crisis response, and re-establishment and recovery Prior to this, she was a Director in the WA Department of Communities. She has qualifications in Social Work and a Masters in Public Policy. She has worked across the not-for-profit and State Government sectors in a variety of service delivery, management and policy roles across housing, disability, early childhood, welfare and family and domestic violence. She is proud to manage an organisation recognised for its innovation and responsiveness, and to be part of the broader FDV sector. She is an active contributor to the WA peak, the Centre for Womens Safety and Wellbeing and is the WA representative and Deputy Chair of WESNET.
